My package/order is damaged. Can you help?Updated 6 months ago

We are so sorry to hear your package was damaged! We promise to make it right. Please send us an email at [email protected], and include your order number in the message, letting us know what needs to be replaced. 


As we are always trying to improve our processes, if possible, please include the lot number of the damaged item(s) in your message. Lot numbers are usually printed in black ink on the bottom or back of the package. If you have a photo of the damaged item(s), that would also be helpful.
