We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible, and if we are able to catch your order before it processes, we will do our best to cancel it for you. 

Please note that we try to process, pack, and ship items as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to stop the fulfillment process. And as a result, processed sales are final. 

We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase. We also recommend customers review the ingredients listed on our nutritional products to determine if the flavor profile might be well suited before purchasing since taste is subjective.
